July 15, 2012 - CNB Open Golf Tournament

The 23rd Annual Citizens National Bank Open will be July 15, 2012.  The shotgun start will be at 11:00 a.m. with registration starting at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided by Max & Erma's Restaurant.  The official beverage of the event is Michelob Ultra and Pepsi will be providing ice cold soft drinks and water.  The outing will feature skill prizes, special contests, and the ever popular $10K Hole-in-One attempt on Hole #10.  Registrations forms can be downloaded here or can be picked up at the golf couse 7 days a week.  Checks should be made payable to the Chillicothe Jaycees and mailed to 12100 Peasant Valley Road, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.  Call Ryan Adams at 740-703-5446 or email him at radams@horizonview.net for questions or more details.
